2022 is the beginning of our second year in our home ✨ Our kitchen has had quite the transformation in the last year…

• Walls: Tricorn Black (high gloss finish) by Sherwin Williams. Painted by local painter, Patrick L. (DM for painter info)

• Faucet: Home Depot Black Friday Sale (my favorite fixture in the entire house!)

• Light fixtures: Lee Lighting in Pineville, ask for Brenda!

• Cabinet pulls: Blackhawk Hardware, ask for 20% off if you spend $200 or more in the design section.

• Wood accent on island: Amazon peel & stick wallpaper with wood trim pieces.

• Door handles & hinges: Kwikset hardware on sale at Amazon a few times each year.

We approx. $967 by to purchase each item until it was on sale… using those for the next projects in our house this year. THIS is your sign to go bold in 2022! 🖤

🥂 to my last closing of 2021! One of THE most special moments of my business because I got to help my build her new home!

We spent months looking for “the one” and many sold within hours of our tour… then one day a house came back on the market ✨ you could say we were at the right place at the right time!

After our morning coffee ☕️ we toured the model home with and wrote the contract to an hour later...

During the process we had our fair share of delays but took great care of us and helped keep things smooth sailing! 🙌🏻

I even switched firms and joined with half way through everything…

A few months later was finished and we just in time for New Years Eve! Celebrating with the most delicious custom cake from 🍰

& now my cousin is now our official neighbor❣️
