We quickly got searching and found the perfect nearly-complete new construction home. With a few final items needed for the certificate of occupancy, I stayed closely involved with the builder to keep everything moving and aligned with my buyers’ tight timeline - getting them to the closing table in just 3 weeks.

So grateful to help make this happen! 🏡✨
