360 Realty is having a SUMMER giveaway for our past and current clients! We have partnered with many of our amazing vendors and have a wonderful prize package for you! Our favorite home inspector business owner, Brooke Michael with Elite Inspections, provided a Free termite/pest inspection, a Free radon inspection, and a $50 Visa gift card with some company swag. Brooke's company did the inspection on our personal homes, and our clients adore her! The best home warranty woman in the business, Ashley Williams with First American Home Warranty made a fun wine and cheese basket. 2 bottles of wine, crackers, and cheese...perfect for a summer night on the porch. We personally use First American on our Homes and highly recommend them to our clients. When we need a contractor, we call Piedmont Home. And they showed up by donating 4 tickets and a parking pass to the Winston Salem Dash. Fully licensed, they are able to knock out due diligence repair lists, they renovate, and they are fast and friendly. We just used them on some of our personal homes, and they did a fabulous job! Now let's talk lending. When you talk about getting a loan on your home, Toby Stanfield of Movement Mortgage should be the name you use. He donated an Adventure Card to the Whitewater Rafting Center in Charlotte. The value is $158, and is enough for 2 people to have a full day of outdoor adventure. Toby has closed loans for my clients and myself, and we love him! Once you have your loan, you need a closing attorney. Well, that one would be Goins Law for us! Jason, Kelley, and the Team are our favorites. They are giving away 2 Full Day Tickets to Wet n Wild. You know you want to hit the slides and enjoy the summer heat! Once you close on your home, you need to take some time to relax. Anthony Vince nail spa is the place for some downtime, and they have generously donated a $25 gift card. Last but not least, 360 Realty is throwing in a $200 Amazon gift card to round out this amazing group of giveaways.
