In single-family property management, there are two types of leaders:

Snorkelers stay on the surface. 🤿

As someone who has spent years living in the trenches of property management accounting, trust accounting, reconciliations, workflow design, software implementation, government, legal and compliance, I can honestly say this:

📣 I look forward to the day A.I. replaces much of the backend accounting infrastructure in single-family property management.

Yes, that includes many of the things I currently help firms solve every day.
