If you haven't watched this, you should. It is something I've questioned for six years and couldn't understand why this was so complex from client to client and PMS systems. This gives so much clarity to the industry and so glad this is FINALLY happening to simplify the COA platform. Hallelujah to Peter Lohmann ProfitCoach Wolfgang Croskey and NARPM!

I did subaccounts in mine and separated the COAs for corporate, along with making sure the mapping was setup with expense to owner, but income to PM firm.
