Today I finally tried Palestra — a place I’ve been meaning to visit for a while — and I’m so glad I did.
Carrie was my therapist, and she did this incredible fusion of Thai, Swedish, and long, flowing connecting strokes. I don’t even know how to describe it properly… it was just unreal.
If you’ve been running on empty and need a real reset, do yourself a favor and treat yourself well. I walked out feeling completely different — lighter, calmer, and exactly what I needed.
