Four years ago, I helped my clients purchase this classic bungalow in the heart of Charlotte. They fulfilled their vision to create a lovely home filled with light and color and curate spaces outdoors and indoors for privacy, relaxation, work and much more. My clients have decided to move away and this beautiful place filled with character goes on the market today. Come and visit!

For those who are interested and concerned about the Colonial Pipeline Gasoline Spill, here is an update from Senator Natasha Marcus:

""
I am writing to let you know that NC DEQ has issued a Notice of Continuing Violation (NCV) this morning to Colonial Pipeline. The full press release (attached) notes the various required actions to remedy the issues identified by DEQ. As you know, NC DEQ found several deficiencies in the Comprehensive Site Assessment (CSA) submitted by Colonial Pipeline earlier this year, which DEQ required Colonial Pipeline to submit to ensure the site's groundwater standards are restored. The earlier Notice of Violation outlined several issues DEQ required Colonial to address, which as of this week are still not addressed. There are also new issues cited in this NCV.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
