2023 is in the books and it was a fun year! I want to thank all of my sellers for allowing me to be a part of their new transition and helping them get their home sold. By teaming up with Mark Spain Real Estate, I was able to help 72 families sell their home this year. Combined, I sold $24M worth of Real Estate this year and in the process surpassed 240 lifetime sales and $75M lifetime volume. I hope to repeat those numbers this year. To do that will take a lot of work, a lot of effort and most importantly, a lot of help from my friends. If you know anyone who is selling, please do them and me the favor of helping us connect. I have several different programs for selling and can definitely make one of the programs work for the person who is selling. Of my 72 sales this last year, at least 20 came from people who are reading this and asked me to help them directly or help someone they know sell. Yes, I get most of my sales from being a part of MSRE, but you, my friends, are the lifeblood of my success and help me reach these crazy goals. I thank you for the past referrals and thank you in advance for the future referrals.
