Big things are coming to downtown Kannapolis and I am here for it.
I just saw that Corner Station Deli is officially on the way. If you’ve been following the revitalization of downtown lately, you know the energy is unmatched. As a local and a Realtor, there is nothing I love more than seeing our community grow with small businesses that bring people together.
I’m already eyeing that "Made to Order" breakfast. We’ve been patient while they build something special, and I have a feeling it’s going to be the new go-to Saturday morning spot for my family.

Back in February 2024, we shared our excitement about bringing Corner Station Deli to Kannapolis that upcoming spring. While the road has been longer than expected, our commitment has never changed. Construction delays, unexpected challenges, and other projects beyond our control pushed our timeline back...... but we never stopped working toward our dream.
