Dallas here we come! 🤠🏡

A little life update.. Cody and I are moving to Dallas, TX to take advantage of some really great opportunities to expand our careers 🤗

We were able to spend this holiday weekend exploring the Dallas-Fort Worth area, catching up with old friends, and signing a lease to our new apt!

I will also be keeping both my NC and SC real estate license and am in the works to get my TX real estate license! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any help in the Carolina’s - I can still help get you in touch with someone in the area you’re needing any real estate assistance.

What happens once I’m under contract?

Here’s a quick timeline breakdown once you are UNDER CONTRACT!

✅ Under Contract:

🔹Due Diligence Period Starts:
▫️ Appraisal is order by your Lender
▫️ Inspection scheduled by your Realtor
▫️ Once those are done, you work through any necessary negotiations.

🔹 Due Diligence Period Ends
▫️ Underwriting process continues
▫️ Final paperwork turned in to the Lender by Buyers to continue finalizing the loan.
▫️ Setup utility and service providers
▫️ Schedule closing
