Master bedroom with comfortable cool gel 3 inch foam topper king size bed, lamps with USB ports, dresser, black out curtains, private 1/2 bathroom and 55" Smart TV.
Second bedroom with 2 queen beds with comfortable cool gel 3 inch foam topper king size bed, lamps with USB ports, dresser and black out curtains.
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, flat top stove, oven, pots, pans, serving utensils, full set of knives with sharpener, dish set, eating utensils, glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, toaster oven, and toaster. Regular coffee pot and ground coffee, Keurig with K-cups, Half & Half and creamer are provided. Covered patio in private backyard.

RULES THAT YOU AGREE TO WITH RESERVATION
*Check-out time: 11 AM
*NO PETS
*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
*NO EXTRA guests without prior approval.
*NO SMOKING inside the home or on the premises.
*Guests will allow owner and/or owner's representatives on property to fix or remedy issues.
*3rd party reservations are ground for immediate cancellation with no refund.
*If you live in Charlotte or within 2 hours of Charlotte, you must have prior approval before booking. Host will need reason for your stay.
*Must be at least 23 years old to make a reservation.
*Guests wave 10 day notice as per NCGS 42-3 (if guests do not leave on the check-out date, the landlord has the right to repossess the property).
*Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
*Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 PM until 8 AM.
*Extra cleaning during your stay is a payable service that will need to be requested.
*Guests will not have access to labeled hosts closets, storage shed and outbuilding.
*This is our home, so please respect it and take care of it when you are there.
*If there are any damages when you arrive or during your stay, let me know immediately. I live close by, so if time allows, I will stop by to meet you.
*Black pin is for trash and green bin is for recycling
*Trash and recycling pick up is on Thursday.
*Take trash bin and recycling bin to the street on Wednesday evening.
*Take bins up and place underneath carport after pick-up on Thursday or the city will fine us.
BEFORE DEPARTURE
* Please put one load of white towels in the washing machine with bleach and start a normal cycle (this will help us ensure a timely cleaning for the next guests.)
*Laundry room located underneath carport next to kitchen door.
*Please place all used towels in bin labeled dirty laundry.
*Take used pillowcases, sheets and fitted sheets off used beds and place in bin labeled dirty laundry. Do not take off mattress cover or pillow covers.
*Put items back to their original place.
*Wash dishes that you use.
*Make sure what you use (dishes, pots, pans, etc.) are cleaned before putting them back.
*Clean electric grill with brush provided if you use it.
*Take out all trash and put in black trash bin located on underneath the carport.
*Tidy up before departure.
*Extra cleaning fee will be applied if excessive cleaning is needed.
