Former structural designer who loves gardening, crochet, cooking, and 3D design. I have lived in Denver since my family moved from Ukraine at the end of 1999, and have seen it boom over the years. Prior to entering the real estate industry full time, I worked as a structural designer for over 20 years. This experience provides a unique perspective and understanding of design, building materials, a
nd construction details. With my clients’ best interests always in mind, I am able to use my design and construction knowledge to aid you in finding the ideal home for you and your family. In addition to my many years professionally designing spaces, I began my career in real estate in 2002 when I bought my own condo and have been investing in properties ever since, and earned my real estate license in 2003, gaining an understanding of the ever changing market and the importance of having the best help when going through the complex process of negotiating a real estate transaction. As a Ukrainian immigrant, there were a lot of challenges I had to face in navigating the professional design and real estate environment and therefore it is of utmost importance for me to work with integrity and give you all the necessary resources and information for buying and selling real estate. I am fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, and English. When I am not buying or selling homes, I enjoy hiking fourteeners, camping in the Colorado wilderness, cooking Ukrainian home cooked meals, and spending time with my family.
