Home prices hit a turning point? 👀

Headlines say "crash." The data says something different.

Yes, growth cooled from ~7% to ~3% this year. But that's not a crash. That's a slowdown.

And the latest numbers hint we may have just hit the bottom. Fewer markets are seeing declines. Forecasts call for growth to tick back up before year-end.
