When people ask what work is like…

It’s a little bit of everything. 😂

One minute I’m putting out an open house sign, the next I’m crawling into an attic, checking out a crawl space, walking through a house under construction, or touring a brand-new home.

And honestly? That’s what I love about it.

Real estate isn’t just showing houses. There are a lot of moving parts behind the scenes—and when you’re dealing with new construction, land, inspections, builders and the actual construction of a home, there’s even more to pay attention to.

No two days look the same, and I’m perfectly good with that.

What would you be most curious to see behind the scenes of: an attic, crawl space, construction site, or new construction home?

A brand new home at the lake, in a community with all the amenities, AND their own boat slip. 🚤🌊

My clients just closed on their beautiful new construction home by Beechwood Homes in Lakeside Pointe at Lake Norman, and I couldn’t be more excited for them!

They got to build a home that fits the way they want to live, while also having Lake Norman right outside their door. Add in the community amenities and a private boat slip, and this is one pretty incredible way to come home. 🏡

There’s something special about watching a client go from “what if we built?” to standing inside the finished home they created.

And then there are the houses that make you stop scrolling and say… okay, she’s bougie. 😂

The details. The finishes. The spaces you didn’t know you needed. The kind of house where “just one more thing” somehow turned into all of this.

Because when I see a house worth photographing, “real quick” is apparently not a thing. 😂
