Pause. Breathe. Praise.

I take a moment to pause to reflect on my amazing grandma. Today is her heavenly birthday.🎉

Each breath that I take I'm reminded that I'm her legacy in motion... the legacy of being a giver, a lover and a nurturer.

I praise God b/c He was in His BIG BLESSINGS bag when He gifted our family with her as our matriarch.

Guess I'm the old soul I am b/c this Grenadian-born Trini-raised beautiful sassy Queen was my very best friend...my confidant...my counselor. Although I cried sporadically this week thinking about today, my heart is truly blessed to have Grandma walk with me daily in my heart!
