I live for the drama, and buyers do too!

While neutral colors are necessary for cohesiveness throughout the home, moody half baths are a highly desirable pop of personality. I’ve yet to meet a buyer that didn’t get excited to see a striking half bath!

Wainscoting is a timeless way to decorate your space. Installing it into our half bath added a much needed layer of privacy and painting it black is a whole 👏 ass 👏 vibe 👏 I topped it off with a crystal light fixture because, you know me, I'm a sucker for sparkle ✨

Full disclosure though, Pinterest makes this look so easy… Pinterest is a liar 😬 This is a labor intensive project that took a full week longer than I told Frank it would, poor guy. At the end of the day, it’s a lot of cutting wood. And while caulk is going to be your best friend, it is the messiest substance and no one talks about that. You will need a manicure after!
