The thing that makes me tick is seeing families making new traditions and memories within the home. That's where it all starts, right? My goal has always been to make things right so those memories are great long lasting memories. Being in the home building/remodeling business has pushed me to identify issues within homes and has become a thrilling part of doing home inspections.

Classic example of something that could have been avoided with a pre-drywall inspection with an independent home inspection. Builders and Inspection departments have been swamped as we all know. A third set of eyes on your new home is invaluable!
