What does that mean?

This is another way that I can be of help to you! I am now certified to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties such as Short Sales & Foreclosures. These transactions can be daunting, risky and a tedious process for both ends.

I am not interested in being one of those realtors with a million certifications.... I don't want to be a jack of all trades, expert in NOTHING. This is my only designation right now and probably will be for a little while ... So - safe to say I'm excited about this one :)
