I've been busy this summer. I closed on 3 properties in August, with each client all having a sense of urgency to move. Their deadlines fueled my fire and the pedal was pushed to the metal! I welcome these challenges, because I work best under pressure. It's always, how can I get this done, never I can't.
This post is almost 1 month too late. But I decided that I need to celebrate my wins more. With $780k in sales, August was my highest grossing month yet.
I have availability for October and November. If you know someone who needs real estate assistance, Im the woman you need to holler at. Who's next?! Let's go!

The universe has a way of letting you know when the time is right.

One of my favorite people in the world, my sister and friend Ms. Lash, started her house hunting journey 3 years ago in Greensboro, during the pandemic. Me being a licensed Realtor in Charlotte I was unable to help. After seeing the struggles she was having, I decided to join the Triad MLS to help her in the journey. After several road trips I was able to help her go under contract and close last week on a house that had everything she dreamed about. No compromises. She is now the proud owner of a beautiful home in her hometown of Winston Salem, NC.

There's no limit to what I will do to see the next person thrive. I do this from the heart, not for the dollar. It's always personal for me.

Congratulations my friend! Can't wait to share new lasting memories in your new gem!

I'm now taking referrals and new clients in High Point, Winston Salem and Greensboro. Holla at your girl!

It may not come when you want it, but it'll be there right on time! Maintaining a positive approach and attitude to this home buying process and in life will bring great abundance at the end.
