The DPA Advantage Program may offer qualified buyers a 2% or 3.5% grant based on the purchase price to help with the down payment. And no, it’s not another loan sitting there waiting to haunt you later. 😅

You also don’t have to be a first-time homebuyer, and depending on the loan, seller credits may still be an option.
