This sweet little Delta Lake house went under contract twice in 4 days. The first offer came in sight unseen while still in Coming Soon, but after seeing it in person, the buyer realized it just wasn’t the right fit. And honestly? Better to figure that out on day one than day twenty.

The real story here is these incredible women and the family behind them. Watching the love, teamwork, and determination that went into getting this home ready has been something special. Sisters, nieces, multiple generations all pitching in, painting, cleaning, moving furniture, hauling boxes, making decisions, encouraging each other…every inch of this house was touched with care.

Their hard work paid off, and I’m so happy for them. Proof that a little grit, family teamwork, and girl power can still get it done.

Having all my babies under one roof again, even if it’s only a few days a week is awesome! Judd’s doing summer school in Wilmington but working here on the weekends. Last week we squeezed in the Titanic Virtual Reality experience and Sushi Hana. The VR was so realistic! Felt like you were walking on the deck of the ship and watching the band by the grand staircase! I accidentally brushed into another guest and gasped loud enough to probably scare them. 😂 Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something different to do in Charlotte.
