To honor the history of this site, Goode Properties and Cluck Design Collaborative lovingly saved craftsman-style stained glass windows to incorporate into Selwyn Walk. This unique architectural element streams colorful light into the 2-car garage/first floor space of select homes.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Progress is blooming at Selwyn Walk, and our first Phase I home is closing next week! Here’s a quick overview of the project:

🔧 Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC rough installation is nearly complete for the entire community. The last 2 buildings (A, B) are in progress.

🪜 Only 5 buildings left to drywall (A, B, C, K, L).

🧱 Brick masons have ~4 buildings left before the brick siding is done.

🚘 Roadway pavers for Phase 1 are 98% complete!

🌳 Landscaping is nearly complete for Phase I, with fencing on the way!

☀️ OPENING SUMMER ‘24: The People’s Market is expanding to Myers Park! Offering their famous sandwiches, handmade pastries, specialty retail, coffees, beer, craft cocktails and wine, the all-day cafe and bar will open later this summer in the beautiful 6,000 sqft corner space at 2820 Selwyn Ave (formerly occupied by Mellow Mushroom). There will also be some location-specific menu items TBA.

Owner Cory Duran announced in a post today, “Our goals in Myers Park remain the same in bringing our love of community, food, coffee with good people and happy vibes to Myers Park.”

With interior/exterior paint and flooring in progress, our Phase 1 homes are starting to show off some of their design detailing. This two-level panelling, for example, adds depth and dimension to the large open living area.
