✨I debated showcasing my numbers from this past year because of differing opinions in our industry however, I’m proud of these numbers! I didn’t sell a home in 4 months during a transition of switching firms and also multiple deals falling through because of the market shift but I still had a very decent year in such a tough market. What people don’t see is that these numbers are a direct reflection of a lot of hustle, late nights, family sacrifices, happy moments and stressful situations that would literally drive one to drink. But even with all of that the amount of people I have helped transition to the Carolinas, the amount of clients I helped navigate through one of the most challenging markets we have faced in a very long time and knowing that they are in their homes, enjoying the benefits of homeownership, making unforgettable memories and checking another thing off their list that I was able to be a part of making happen for them through my experience and inability to quit helps me sleep at night. I’m ready to do it all over again and can’t wait to help you find your dream home!

✨As I reflect on this past year that has been nothing short of positive changes, milestones, blessings & new adventures, it’s hard not to feel all the emotions. This year for me personally and professionally has really been about growth. I feel blessed and thankful that I was capable of helping so many families this year through one of the most challenging real estate markets we’ve seen in years. Your trust in me means everything and I truly appreciate you. I’m thankful to have seen both of my children hit some huge Milestones this year. My son Matt graduated High School and Angie got her BS in Biology to pursue a medical career. My realtor partners and A team photographers/videographers . The new friendships I’ve made and my already core group of friends and family that have supported me through the good times and the bad, I will always cherish you. Lastly, to the countless opportunities that have come my way, I don’t take any of it for granted. I cannot wait for what 2023 will bring and I’m here for it.
