Howard Martin - Nestlewood Realty Howard Martin is proud to join the Nestlewood team as a realtor/broker in NC & SC. Howard came to the Carolinas in 2007 after being born and raised in NW Iowa.

Most of Howard’s previous life was in the engineering world as a partner in an electrical company doing factory automation.
