This was one of those beautiful, perfectly timed events in life that all worked out ✨️ I call it the juggling domino effect when there are multiple closings all lined up based on the other closings being funded in time. In order to properly execute the juggling dominos, it requires extensive & clear communication between all lenders, attorneys, agents, clients and more.

This was an exceptionally special process as I was working with a former colleague, now friend, and his now fiance'. 💍

We booked their showing as soon as it hit the market at 5a and had the offer to them within minutes of seeing the house. When you know, you know.
