There’s just something about spring in Charlotte… even with the layer of yellow pollen on literally everything 🤣🌿

Between spring break, Easter around the corner, and warmer days finally sticking around, it’s when people really start thinking about making a move.

It’s a more balanced market than we’ve had the past few years, but demand in core neighborhoods hasn’t slowed down. The best homes are still going quickly… just with a little more opportunity to be thoughtful and strategic.
