EPIC HOME CLOSING!!! Last week I listed Friday - under contract Saturday- closed Monday at 12:00!!

Let me just say that Lancaster, Trotter, Poe LLC were absolutely phenomenal! More especially attorney Lee Rouse who worked tirelessly all weekend getting title pulled/cleared, HOA documents from Cedar Management by Monday morning with a weekend request and loan payoffs first thing Monday morning. I am in awe of his dedication.

Let me also add that this was an unusual circumstance and for reasons that I cannot disclose, we HAD to close on a property AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Lee and his team made this possible.

All the stars were in alignment with this one! With Lee working all weekend, the buyers/sellers immediate response to requests, to the HOA company and mortgage company...and into having 1 point of contact as a dual agent made this deal come together!

I got my start in real estate thanks to my brother. I was his first employee at Birdseye Realty. This was back in the day when you had to call each listing agent individually to schedule appointments- that feels like a lifetime ago!

I learned so much from him and continue to do so. Since Birdseye Realty, he created a solar development company called Birdseye Renewable Energy. Now he is moving on to even greater things! So proud!

The solar development company and its 18 workers will remain in Charlotte; that includes Brian Bednar, who founded Birdseye in 2009 and will be president of the subsidiary.
