They want you to look so headlines scream, “2022 off to a rough start for Charlotte homebuyers.” Plus, “… things might get worse before they get better for buyers.”

However, thousands of people successfully and happily bought homes in January 2022 - 3,521 roughly. Then again in February, 3,626 were sold (source: canopy MLS).

Sure, these are low compared to the past, but right now 7,000 people around us made the move. They did so before these “high” prices are made to look like child’s play. They did so before interest rates have buyers begging for what we are seeing now. 😳

BUT HOW did they do it? Shhhhhh. They might have known about the opportunity before anyone else did. 🕵🏻
