✨ Congratulations to my clients on the purchase of their first home!!! ✨ 🏡🥂
They moved to the Charlotte area from out of state and decided to plant roots here. I know exactly what it is like to move to a new city and was thrilled to assist them. An agent from another state referred them to me and we began immediately!
We were on a time crunch with only 1 day a week available to view homes. We did marathon days of showings and they were rockstars! Hours of viewing homes in one day can be exhausting, but they were amazing.
Fortunately, after a few weeks, we found the right home for them and I was able to give them their new keys!

✨ Moved to Seoul, South Korea for three years teaching English and traveling throughout Asia with .
✨Moved back to the states in 2016 to Charlotte, NC and continued to teach, but at a middle school.
✨Planted roots in the Queen City and bought our first home in 2018 in Ballantyne.

Huge congratulations to my client on the purchase of his first home!!! 🎉🔑🏡
I met him two years ago while I was hosting an open house. He reached out to me a couple of months ago ready to view homes.
We viewed a handful of homes and found one in the prime location! Right below his home there are restaurants and shopping, which I LOVE!
