Currently seeing allot of price adjustments due to the rising interest rate. However still not seeing a housing crash due to supply and demand. Have the current housing market made you decide to move outside the city in order to find affordable housing?

During the past two years, home prices nationally have soared more than 30%. Rising mortgage rates make affording a home even harder. That has many people wondering if we're in another housing bubble.

Today I visited Madison-Simmons homes in the Denver, NC Westport area. The new constructions in Denver are starting in the low 300s while the townhomes in downtown Lincolnton in the mid 200s.
