The final lease that brought the center to 100% occupancy was the successful ex*****on of a five-year lease with Big Boys Original BBQ. Carolina Crossing’s success is driven by its prime location on Farrow Road with direct access to I-77, placing it less than 15 minutes from the University of South Carolina and directly across from the SCRA Research Park. Recent upgrades to the center included a modernized storefront with new glass doors, while ownership has maintained the property through regular roof and HVAC servicing.

The property is also well-positioned to benefit from the continued growth of the market. Located just 10 miles south of the future manufacturing facility in Blythewood, Carolina Crossing sits near one of the region’s most significant economic development projects. The $2 billion investment is expected to create approximately 4,000 jobs and further strengthen the area’s retail and commercial real estate demand.
