Thankful this is done! Coincidentally, this was built by the same construction manager who built our first home shortly after getting married.

I didn’t think much of it back then, but now that I specialize in new construction, and after being involved in dozens of builds over the years, I can confidently say he’s the best construction manager I’ve worked with 👌.

What’s even sweeter is that before I got into real estate, I was in product development, and he gave us the flexibility during pre-drywall to turn our townhome into a bit of a test facility for some of the smart home and security products I was working on at the time. Just one of those experiences that reminds you how much the right people matter in a build.

Talk about a rush…this was a fun one.

The closest (and last) buildable piece of land this close to CLT Douglas is officially under new ownership. Multiple offers over asking, all waiving environmental studies, and all buyers offering up hundreds of thousands just to lock it up. And we finally got it to the finish line.
