I promise to TRY to keep this post short.

One year ago today, the North Carolina Real Estate Commission issued my real estate license.

I can’t believe it’s actually been a year.

Real Estate is nothing like I expected AT ALL!!
This past year, I’ve experienced every emotion there is when it pertains to this journey lol. Up and downs, highs and lows, but all in all I’m thankful! This past year I’ve learned so much, I’ve met some amazing people, and I’ve helped people find their dream home.

When people think of a Real Estate agent, they think of someone who shows pretty houses, but it’s so much more than that. Buying a house typically the biggest purchase that many will make. I’m honored that my clients trusted me to assist them in their biggest purchase.

Okay now.. I said I was going to keep this short.

Lets just get straight to the point. I try to celebrate every good thing that happens to me. The majority of Real Estate Agent do not make it past their first year in real estate. So, Happy 1 Year Anniversary to me🥰

I am excited to see what the next year bring❤️

SN: This cake is just like me..chaotic. The cake fell several times. But just like me, every time time the cake fall, it got right back up💕

Congrats to my client on her new home! She came to me two and half week ago with a situation most would say is impossible.

Her lease was scheduled to end in 8 days and she needed a home now.

First, I was able to get l her lease extended for an additional week, so we’d have at a little over two weeks.

We had one day to find a house. We found the perfect house, but because it was so perfect everyone wanted it. There were over 15 offers on the property. This was not ideal at all. Especially, because we were so limited on time, we needed everything to go perfectly.

However, there was no doubt in my mind that that she would not get this home.

No, it was not easy, but nothing easy is worth having. Long story short, she beat the 15+ people because she hired the right agent to represent her!

I’m so happy that I was able to help her make an impossible situation possible ☺️

It’s more than safe to say our first Wine & Wealth Workshop was a success✅ Not only did the attendees learn how to purchase their first property, they also learned different investment strategies tailored to their specific real estate goals that will help create generational wealth! We even had a few people who travel over an hour from South Carolina to attend this event!

Congratulations are in order!

Congrats to my buyer clients! Today, they closed on their dream home on Valentines Day❤️!

I can’t think of a better love story or a better way to spend Valentine’s Day!

They were searching for over a year on their own before they met me and head a few hiccups along the way. But always remember Delay is not denial!

After a few months of searching with me, I was able to find them their dream home that had everything they wanted and within their budget!
Now, they are able to stay close to their children and watch their grandchildren grow up!

Today, they didn’t sign their life way. Instead, they signed up for a new life, in a new home where they will create everlasting memories with their family.

I am so thankful to have been apart of this journey…..P.S. I’m now invited to all the cookouts and they said they are going to cook for me 😍

Because they closed on Valentine’s Day, not only did they get a closing gift, but they go a Valentine’s Day gift! 😍
