One extra mortgage payment a year might not sound sexy… but it can literally save you TENS of thousands of dollars over time 👀

Most people don’t realize:
In the early years of your mortgage, a huge chunk of your payment is going toward interest. So even small extra payments can make a BIG difference.

Here’s why people do it 👇
🏡 Build equity faster
💰 Reduce total interest paid
📉 Pay the loan off years earlier
😌 Create more long-term financial freedom

And no, you don’t have to double your payment every month, 😂
Even:
✔ one extra payment a year
✔ rounding up your payment
✔ adding $100-$200/month toward principal

Even great homes have issues. The goal is understanding:
• what needs attention now
• what can wait
• and what might cost you later

A good inspection report can also help buyers negotiate repairs, credits, or price adjustments before closing. Think of it as a $500 report that can save you thousands.

During a home tour it’s easy to fall in love with the cute kitchen and ignore everything else. 😅

But smart buyers look past the staging and ask questions like:
• How old is the roof?
• Do the windows open properly?
• Is the HVAC near the end of its life?
• Does the layout actually work for daily life?
• What does the neighborhood feel like at night?

Cosmetic stuff is easy to change. Structure, layout, and location… not so much.
