One year ago, I took a leap of faith.

I left my career in finance, stepped back into real estate after 3 years away, and started over in a brand new market here in Charlotte. No built-in network. No guarantees. Just faith, consistency, and a vision for the life and business I wanted to build. I thank the Lord that He led me to the best team I could have asked for 💕

This year stretched me, humbled me, and rewarded me in ways I can’t even fully put into words.

✨ Joined an amazing team that has taught me so much, poured into me, supported me, trusted me with their clients and pushed me to grow
✨ Helped several incredible clients buy and sell homes
✨Capped in my first year back - a milestone that comes from reaching a certain level of production within the brokerage
✨Celebrated a few months this year as one of the top performers in my office
✨ Attended KW Family Reunion in Atlanta with my team surrounded by some of the best in the industry

But beyond the milestones, what I’m most proud of is the trust people placed in me during one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

It’s not every day that I host an open house and end up helping the people who walk through the door purchase the home… but this time, it happened. ✨

I’m so grateful I met this sweet couple that day. They knew almost immediately this was the home for them, so we wasted no time. During the open house, I connected them with my wonderful lender partner, , who quickly got them on the phone and had them pre-approved within just a few hours.

After I wrapped up the open house, we met at a coffee shop to go over the home buying process, talk through the numbers, and discuss putting together a strong offer. Just 1 day later, we had this home under contract! 🏡

Purchasing their first home together made this milestone even more special. They knew what mattered most: space for their hobbies, a garage, sheds on the property, and a home they could really make their own for this next chapter of life.

Getting to walk alongside them through such a huge milestone was such a joy. Moments like these remind me how meaningful this job really is. 🔑

Local dinner + live performance at the Carolina Theatre = why we love living in Charlotte ❤️✨

Look…these concert ticket prices have been getting a little out of hand these days, so one thing my husband and I love doing is supporting local artists and attending live performances around the city.

Saturday night we grabbed dinner at Kristy’s Creole Kitchen before heading to a performance directed by Harvey Cummings 🎷

Charlotte gets talked about a lot for the real estate market, the growth, and the job opportunities — and yes, all of that is real. But the culture? The local art scene? The restaurants with stories behind them? That part of Charlotte doesn’t get nearly enough credit.

Yesterday was Red Day, and our office showed up. ❤️

We had the privilege of serving at Crisis Assistance Ministry here in Charlotte, and honestly, it opened our eyes to just how much this organization does.
They help people on the verge of eviction. They step in before the power gets cut off. And they run a free store stocked with clothes, shoes, accessories, and housewares for families in need — and I’m talking quality items. They are intentional about the condition of every single donation that goes on those shelves, because people in need deserve to feel proud of what they have. 💛

This organization is doing incredible work — but they can’t do it alone.

This is the conversation nobody had with me. So I’m having it with you. 💰

Your first home isn’t just a place to live — it’s the first domino in a real wealth-building strategy. Equity. Appreciation. Tax advantages. The ability to turn it into a rental down the road. In a market like Charlotte, the math actually works in your favor.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the amazing mothers! 🤍

Happy Mother’s Day to my wonderful mother-in-love 🥰 I am so grateful for you!! The way you love on all of us, the laughter and dance battles we share, and your heart to serve others mean so much to me. You are such a blessing 🤍

And Happy Heavenly Mother’s Day to my mom. 🤍

To those grieving the loss of their mothers, or grieving the loss of a child today, I pray the Lord comforts you. I know firsthand that this kind of grief is not easy, and I’m still learning how to navigate that pain myself. But I’m so grateful for the incredible mother I had, a woman who prayed for me, encouraged me, and challenged me to become all that God has called me to be.

Recently, I read through one of the journals I gave her called “Called to Inspire,” and she wrote that her prayer was to be a woman of the 3 P’s: Prayer, Praise, and Purpose (Influence). She truly lived that out. I’ve met so many people who have shared the impact she had on their lives, and hearing those stories has challenged me to want to leave behind that same kind of legacy.

Mommy, I miss you and love you always. Thank you for everything you did. Even while fighting cancer, you still lived out those 3 P’s every single day. 🙏🏾
