The Market is shifting and correcting itself. The Charlotte Region currently has about 1.5 months of inventory up from 1.1 last year this time. 🏠 are coming and going off the market EVERYDAY! What does that mean for Buyers and Sellers?

Buyers:
There is slightly more inventory meaning a region wide 💲 reduction*
Get your 💰 right BEFORE you shop! That perfect 🏠 may or may not be for sale tomorrow.
The more listings, the more negotiating power and OPTIONS so GET A REALTOR(Like me 😀)‼️

Sellers:
🏠 may take slightly longer to close due to negotiations
MARKETING is 🔑 to draw traffic to your home against the competition
The median and average sales price is still up closing at 100.3%*
