Bo comes from a large family who spent their spare time in both the mountains and the beaches of the Carolinas, to where they still travel frequently. Growing up in Newton, Bo's life revolved around sports year-round and he continued on to play football, basketball and baseball all four years at Newton-Conover High School. Bo also grew up a proud Wolfpack fan and is an alumni of NC State University. Bo's real estate career began in 2005 when he began working for developers and builders selling some of Charlotte's most exclusive and exciting residential projects. It was on the development side of real estate where Bo first learned the importance of marketing and presenting an exclusive property to the public. In 2010, Bo moved to general brokerage and went to work at My Townhome Realty. Bo was a top broker with My Townhome for 10 years and sold over 250 properties in excess of $100 million in real estate. During his time at My Townhome, Bo continued working with developers and sold some of Charlotte's most popular condo and townhome communities, including: Lumina Townhomes, Helix Southend, Grandin Heights, Uptown West Terraces and Galleries at Noda. Bo and his wife, Valerie, live in the Myers Park area and have 4 children. Valerie is the assistant General Counsel for Finance of America Companies. Bo loves spending time with his family and currently enjoys coaching his children's flag football and little league teams. Bo is an avid golfer and member at Carmel Country Club.
