Read an article this morning that only 5 1/2% of registered voters in Mecklenburg County voted early. I just voted and I honestly don’t expect that number to be where it is supposed to be by the time the polls close today. With all the complaining about city Council and CMS as a whole, I would think the numbers would have been higher…. as I always say if you don’t vote in these elections, you lose your right to complain in my book!
