Linda King has been involved in real estate since 2014 as an investor and recently, as of 2020, a Realtor. After years of working private and corporate careers, Linda’s broad background, desire to serve others and entrepreneurial mindset led her to real estate where she found her true passion. She and her husband, Adam, created a non profit for affordable housing alongside their residential real estate investment business in 2015 in an effort to assist in their communities. Being from a military family, the focus for Linda is always on serving family and community.
She grew up in Florida, living in Tallahassee mainly, but moved as far South as Key West and as far North as Ketchikan, AL as her father was in the Coast Guard. Her family experienced beautiful areas of the US to live, as well as creating wonderful relationships with many different people over the years. After marriage, she and her husband lived in Oviedo, FL for over 13 years and is where her two daughters started school before the family moved to South Carolina for Adam’s corporate position. Now that their oldest daughter is out of college and working as a teacher and the other is in college in Virginia, they have moved back to Florida and currently live in Deltona.
Linda worked full-time managing their investments and rental properties over the last several years and she has always focused on her clients, contractors, local contacts and investment partners’ needs first.
She is passionate about helping others and understands as a Realtor, this is yet another avenue to share her knowledge and passion. Just as she approaches all aspects of her life, she will do so with honesty and professionalism in helping clients through the entire process.
