Let's recap this past week. It has been amazing for Direct to Seller Opportunities! I'll explain below.

From my mailers I have:

➡️ built two new relationships

➡️ found a deal and working with Grant Reigner to be able to wholesale it.

➡️ one of the sellers actually said she wants to do repeat business and is referring me to her friends who have properties in the Carolinas they want to sell. I'm sending her my buy box today, i have another call with her tomorrow morning.

➡️ the other seller mentioned that my letters were so professional and personal that he had to take time out of his day to call me and make sure I knew that! He said that during the call!! We have coffee scheduled next week.

I just started doing this within a week and here are my results. I plan to continue to do this to build relationships, deals, and each other in the process.

I ramped up my Direct to Seller Campaign! I decided to see what I could get done in a weekend, and here are the results. I might only get one response but that new relationship could change both of our lives!
