Is your realtor going to represent you only or will they hand off your information to another team member or an assistant. I represent you! I will lead you through one of the most important decisions in your life from start to finish. Only me, I will take your information, complete your paperwork myself, follow up with all vendors that are required in your transaction and stand by you at your closing. If you need me I will be the one answering my office phone and returning your calls.. not an assistant.
How can I do all this.. I am semi-retired. My mortgage does not depend on me being a mega sales agent. I do this because I enjoy my career. I only take on as much work that I feel I can accomplish to meet my clients needs. There is so much more I could say.. answered the phone this morning, a builder wants some property in my area said he had called four other realtors and I was the only one who answered my phone!!! yeah me!! thats just how I roll. My clients are important to me and I am very passionate about my career. The property in question is too much land that he is interested in but..... he knows someone who is interested so I not only got one client but two..... Love this job. Give me a call if you or somone you know is interested in buyer or selling. You will get the red carpet treatment no matter how small or how large your investement is..
