Charlotte NC real estate: this “easy” deal almost went sideways… a few times.

These buyers were a young family ready to upsize when the moment was right… and this house was THE house for them.

But the seller was unrepresented, the inspection turned up issues, the appraisal was off from asking price, and the move-out timeline kept shifting because of a packed schedule and my buyers who also needed to sell their home in order to buy this house. To make it even trickier? The seller is a longtime family friend of my buyers.

This is where clear communication matters most. I negotiated the terms, kept expectations realistic on both sides, and made sure every change was documented and understood, without turning it into a personal situation.

Result: my buyers closed on their dream home on a timeline that worked for everyone.
