Well not EVERY “sold”.

I like to make the entire transaction as streamline as possible. This is why the team of colleagues I work with matters ! From my suggestions of closing attny and his paralegals and staff , lender and her team, and my broker in charge, and suggested list of inspectors and contractors.

Also-There are more options out there to help! I recently had a closing with buyers who were able to get a lender credit, and it wasn’t on new construction, it was a gorgeous resale property. I love helping my clients know their options!

While the decrease in rates is helping to offset higher home prices, buyers still face a challenging housing market.
