We recently celebrated the grand reopening of TRIG Modern, a longtime Dock 1053 tenant that has expanded into a larger space, creating even more opportunity to showcase thoughtful design and local makers.

Here, Trig Modern's co-owner Ryan Riek shares more about what it means to be a tenant growing within the property, and why moments like this are worth celebrating.

Congratulations to the Trig Modern team on this exciting next chapter!

We’re excited to once again support a Charlotte tradition that brings our community together for a great cause!

Beacon Partners is a presenting sponsor of the 13th Annual South End Shuffle 5k & Mile Run, taking place September 12 in the South End and Wilmore neighborhoods.

The South End Shuffle is rooted in giving back, with proceeds benefiting local organizations including The Purple Promise Foundation to End Melanoma, the Dan Wade Memorial Scholarship and West Blvd Ministry.

Supporting the communities where we live, work and build is an important part of who we are at Beacon, and we’re looking forward to joining our neighbors at the starting line!

What's better than celebrating a fresh start to the school year with a day dedicated to giving back?

Last month, more than 20 employees volunteered at West Charlotte High School and MLK Middle School to support with campus cleanup, painting and landscaping before students returned from summer break.

Together, our team weeded, mulched, planted flowers, painted paw prints... And even squeezed in a few extra landscaping supply runs after finishing ahead of schedule!

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support our local schools and proud of the Beacon team members who continue to show up for the Charlotte community.

At Beacon Partners, we believe the best way to learn is by doing, with the right team behind you along the way.

Our internship program gives young people in our community the opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience while building the skills, relationships and confidence that support long-term professional growth.

It’s been a pleasure having Vincent, Jake and Oliver on our team over the past few months and watching them learn and grow.

Interested in learning more about the Beacon Partners internship program? Reach out to our Charlotte or Raleigh team to find out how you can get involved.
