Welcome Ethan Hardesty, a 2026 graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville construction management program, to Pace Building Group. Starting as an assistant project manager Ethan will oversee and support construction of both custom homes and amenities for Pace clients.

Growing up in the Waxhaw area, Ethan has always enjoyed building and worked summers in the industry before graduating from UT and becoming part of our team. Outside of his work, Ethan loves fishing, s***t shooting, golf and watching UFC.

We are Growing!!!
Last week, we gathered Team Pace over breakfast to share some exciting news, we are expanding our office!
Adding some much-needed space and giving our headquarters a fresh update. We also brought out the idea board so everyone could weigh in on the new space.
We are just getting started, but the excitement is already building.

Built on behalf of Toll Brothers, Griffith Lakes’s clubhouse, pool, fitness center, playground, and floating dock feel both resort-like and perfectly suited for their setting adjacent to the community’s signature lake, woods, and trails. Can’t wait to see the kayaks and canoes soon to launch there.
