Kiamesha has successfully handled real estate transactions in the Metro Charlotte area since 2006. With North Carolinian roots, Kiamesha decided to stay in Charlotte after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Mathematics. After college she developed a passion for Real Estate going through the Allen Tate School of Real Estate on nights and weekends. She also acquired her NC Appraisers License, Property & Casualty License as well as her Accredited Staging Professionals Certification. Kiamesha is dedicated to provide the upmost in service, quality and care for her clients. Providing numerous services to her clients, she works with sellers by providing them with unique marketing concepts and diligently works to obtain the best price and terms for them.
