Here is a quick look at the amazing new faces you’ll be seeing around:

Rose Boozer joins us with an incredible 30 years of title industry experience, most recently spending 19 years at Barristers Land Abstract in Pittsburgh. She recently relocated to the Carolinas to be closer to her family (including her 3 kids, 9 grandkids, and 1 very important grand-pup, Pennie!).

Megan Mottola is joining us as our newest Intern/Title Specialist! Megan is a local from the Cornelius area and is currently a Senior at The University of Alabama studying Political Science and Philosophy.

We’re incredibly lucky to add Rose’s deep expertise and Megan’s fresh energy to the mix. Please join us in giving them both a massive welcome! 🎉👋

A 1031 Exchange allows investors to defer paying taxes on the proceeds from properties they sell by depositing them with an intermediary and then using them to purchase another property of equal value. There are many intermediaries, but we are happy to work with IPX 1031 for clients’ 1031 Exchanges.

Lenders often neglect to file Satisfactions for Home Equity Lines of Credit which leaves them as a cloud on title and can cause headaches on a future transaction. Due to their open-ended nature and the risk that poses, they are far more difficult to insure over than a standard loan.
