For more than 30 years, I’ve worked in client-relationship businesses, 14 years as a dedicated real estate professional. I've partnered with hundreds of individuals to buy and sell their homes, realizing their real estate dreams. I specialize in representing residential home sellers. As a listing consultant, I present sellers with a professional marketing plan that includes how to prepare the home for market, pricing strategies, negotiations, due diligence activities and the closing. I also consult with and represent home buyers - from first timers to those who are interested in luxury homes and new construction. Because I take time to listen and learn the needs of my clients, I can focus their search on homes that are relevant to their needs, help them make an offer, and then stay involved in the process until the transaction is closed. I believe people choose to work with me mainly because they sense right away that I genuinely have their best interests in mind. I also believe trust and integrity should characterize every person who chooses to work with the public—traits that I aspire to live by above all. I’m a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, and my wife Kim and I enjoy traveling and spending time with our three children. We also attend Christ Community Church in Huntersville.
