Real estate professional Margo Wells puts her creativity and marketing experience to use when positioning homes her clients wish to sell and when searching for the perfect house they can call home. As a native Charlottean, Wells has witnessed the tremendous growth of the Queen City firsthand and appreciates that Charlotte has held onto its small-town Southern charm while gaining big-city amenities

. She enjoys welcoming newcomers to Charlotte and showing them why there is no better place to call home. “My goal is to provide each of my clients with such an enjoyable buying or selling experience that they become lifelong clients,” explains Wells. After graduating from East Carolina University, career opportunities took Wells to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver and finally Atlanta. Though she enjoyed living in these cities, her heart was always in Charlotte. Thankfully, a job transfer brought her home 20 years ago. Before becoming a licensed Realtor®/Broker, Wells spent many years in corporate marketing in the financial industry and later painted custom murals and artwork for clients and taught children’s painting classes. Wells grew up in the Myers Park neighborhood of Charlotte, and has also lived in Sedgefield, SouthPark, Barclay Downs, and now calls Providence Plantation in South Charlotte home. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Greg, their son and daughter, Spencer and Reese, and their beloved dog Brinkley that barks a lot. In her free time, Wells enjoys running, writing and reading. She also loves when her husband cooks, a beautiful day at the ball field cheering on her kids’ teams, and any day the Panthers play.
