Happy day for S&J Lopez Construction, (my seller) and for Suzy Cedrone and her buyer, Kevin! We had the walk-thru a few weeks back and the buyer informed us that he had mentioned the address he was buying to his co-worker and his co-worker was like….. wait….. I grew up at that address! The co-worker shared pictures with the buyer prior to S&J Lopez acquiring it and then at the stage where it had been torn down and a new construction was being built. Today, is his closing day and everyone involved enjoyed hearing him tell us the story and sharing his pictures. What a nice story to tell for many years to come. Congratulations Kevin, and we hope you can make many memories in your beautiful new home!
