Well this is something everyone needs to pay attention to.
I have been saying it forever,…..just because it sounds way to be good to be true it probably is.
There are companies out there just not doing the right thing by their customers

Rocket Mortgage, Quicken Mortgage and Zillow are being sued for steering customers into high priced mortgages.

It is an industry practice that all of these companies give out FREE leads to agents. in return those agents are expected to help keep the client with these companies. Regardless if it is a great deal or in these cases NOT.

So please educate yourself, understand the fees and what is being charged. By all means get a second opinion

I have been in the mortgages business of 30 years. That long in the business you do what it right by the customer not your pocket book.

So excited for my buyers. Bought a great townhouse in their favorite neighborhood.

You know if it a great closing when you are laughing so hard your sides hurt when the closing is over.
